Your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order history, and, if you subscribe, your email. Payment details are handled securely by our payment providers, we don't store your full card details. We also collect basic site-usage data through cookies and analytics.

How we use it.

To process and deliver your orders, provide support, improve our site, and, only with your consent, send you email updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share it with.

Only the services that help us run the store, our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers, our email platform (Klaviyo) and analytics tools. We never sell your personal information.

Your choices.

You can ask to access or correct your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@slosleep.com.au. You can opt out of marketing anytime.

Security and retention.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed.
