How it works.

Email hello@slosleep.com.au within 30 nights of your order arriving, with your order number and a quick note. We'll organise a refund or a replacement, whichever suits you.

On top of your rights, not instead of them.

This promise is something we offer on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. It doesn't replace or limit them.

For the consumables.

You don't need to post used nasal strips, mouth tape or ear plugs back to us, keep or dispose of them. We may ask you to return any unopened packs.

For the mask, tin and pouch.

Please return these in reasonable condition. Return postage for change-of-mind is at your cost. If an item is faulty or not as described, we cover return postage and your full Australian Consumer Law rights apply.
